Is Privy Privy timed entry? How long will I be there? Your ticket is good for any time on the day you booked for. You can stay as long as you want. Some people are there for a few minutes; some completely lose track of time. Privy Privy does not offer refunds, but if you come another day, we will honor your ticket. Please be nice. We are artists doing our best!
Do you accommodate vegans/nut allergies/gluten allergies? Privy Privy does not use products that contain nuts (but we can't guarantee a nut-free space). We can accommodate vegans if you tell the person at the desk when you arrive. All of our cones (and some flavors) contain gluten.
Should I be concerned about food handling and safety? Privy Privy takes food handling and safety very seriously. There is a lot of washing and sanitizing going on behind the scenes. No one has touched or licked your ice cream before you.
